U.S. and Ukraine close in on minerals deal

The United States and Ukraine have agreed to the framework of a deal for access to Ukraine’s rare earth minerals. President Trump had pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for access to the minerals as Ukraine seeks protection from Russia. CBS News’ Imtiaz Tyab has more.
